The decision was made that due to the Covid-19 restrictions set in place by the governor of North Carolina and their own concerns for the safety and health of the exhibitors and attendees, it would be impractical to hold February's 34th National Arts and Crafts Conference and Shows inside the historic Grove Park Inn in Asheville, North Carolina.

Instead of cancelling next February's conference and shows, they are declaring the entire month of February to be National Arts and Crafts Month. Throughout the month they will be hosting a virtual conference and free selling shows, featuring recorded seminars, live discussion groups, demonstrations, virtual walking tours, book clubs, house tours, resource guides, an on-demand video section, and links to exhibitors’ websites, like my own site.

To register for the conference, go to the registration page at arts-craftsconference.com. Once registered, each participant will have a password to access links to all the conference events throughout the month of February. The virtual exhibitor shows will include Exhibitor Profiles with links to the websites of your favorite contemporary artisans and antiques dealers, as well as Historic Sites and Organizations and Arts and Crafts Services. For more information, please go to Arts-CraftsConference.com or contact their office at 828-628-1915.

I will be hosting a live Zoom chat where I will be online for an hour to meet and chat with people. I will be online Saturday, February 6th from 10am-11am (Pacific Time Zone.) I will be posting the Zoom link on my website once we get closer to the date. I am excited for the opportunity to speak with you. I am hoping to show my newest painting in progress and may even offer a special promotion for visitors.

I hope you will be able to join me. I look forward to talking with you soon!
