Smoky Mountain Autumn is Well on the Way

I was finally able to return to my next painting, Smoky Mountain Autumn just the other week. Before I could start working on it again I had to clear my head with the reality of everything that is going on with COVID-19 as well as getting lessons plans ready as I transitioned to teaching in our new distance learning environment. I had new lessons that I had to create and there is a lot more time that involved in writing responses back and forth to individual students. After our spring break it finally game me a great opportunity to return to painting. I am almost finished with it and I love how it is turning out! I hope to post a photo of the finished painting very soon.
